The La Menara resort is one of the smallest naturist urbanizations in vera Playa with just 56 properties. It is low rise development and benefits a large outdoor swimming pool with terraced patio and gardens around.

In the locality there are a good variety of new shops, bars, restaurants and coffee bars which are open all year round and many more to chose from during the long summer season; as well as a “high street” brand supermarket.  Regular bus routes to Mojácar, Vera and surrounding areas, local beach only 3 minutes walk away.

Markets for local crafts and produce, and spice markets every week in Garrucha, Vera and other towns in the area, along with many festivals and carnivals throughout the year.

Airport transfers to Almería and Murcia are approximately 60 and 80 minutes respectively and Alicante at around 2 hours.
